After finally having my motor running well due to this forum, I ran into another slight problem this weekend. When my motor was running near or at WOT, it would sometimes die at the slightest touch of letting up on the throttle. It's not a major problem because it ran pretty good otherwise, but I was just curious to why this happened. It also started right back up...I did let it set for about 20-30 sec. each time it happened. It happened about 2/3 of the time.
Any thoughts would be great...Thanks.

Could this be an electrical problem? I am using wingnuts on my starter battery

don't think the wing nuts have anything to do with it. is it just shutting off, like you turned the key. if so check the wireing in the control box, sounds like the kill switch or the kill wiring is shorting out killing the motor.
