I have an E-tec 75 with a speedometer on the motor and trying to figure out how to winterize it. The manual says to disconnect the tube at the top and blow 20-25 psi of air through it to blow out any water. The problem is that I have no idea what they are talking about when they say 'at the top'. I thought maybe they meant at the gauge at the console but have no clue. There doesn't seem to be a junction in the tube besides the ziptie on it when it goes in the motor by the lower unit. Can anyone enlighten me?

Not sure, but good practice dictates blowing it out from the highest point so gravity is your friend and not fightin' you. Odds are you should be able to disconnect the tubing from behind the gage and blow it out from there. Do not blow air from the pitot tube (lower unit) to the gage or you will probably damage the sensitive vacuum tube in the gage.
Good luck

you could disconnect hose where it goes into top of gearcase or on back of speedo
if you are not going to check gear oil be sure to remove prop to check for fishing line
