e120txcdc link and sync factory manual 86 120

does anyone have the link and sync instructions for a 86 e120txcdc i have the all in one manual thats kinda floaty on some of the steps especially as they ask you to loosen screws that do not exist. I had a problem where the motor ran fine but failed to reach the high rpm range so i removed the air cover to find that at wot the butterfly's are not fully open. I think i have it set right now but i would rather compare it to the correct instructions than have to go back and forth on this.

im going to be a pain but i also need the set up data as im unsure if this manual is correct

They have it down as max timing 17-19 degrees BTDC, Throttle pickup 3-5 BTDC, tick over 6-700 rpm and max rpm 5000-6000 rpm does anyone know if this is correct or not.

anyone.......i know i need to get the correct manual and not the generic but i was hoping someone had the numbers at least
