been beat to death already, but that doesn't mean e15 is a mandate. it only allows it to be sold. Its still optional for a station to even choose to sell it, much like E10 is currently, at least the federal level. (yes, some states have state level mandates that force e10 use).

Here we go again :facepalm:

E15 is ONLY approved for use in vehicles which were manufactured since 2001. It is NOT approved for use in vehicles older than that, which means that if a station CHOOSES to sell E15 it will have to carry both E10 and E15 in order to be able to still sell to owners of the older vehicles.
