I can't seem to find the correct fuel mixture for my E23TEEIE Evinrude Outboard motor. Is there anyone that might know it? Also, I am having trouble with the motor starting up, running for a bit, and then dieing. I had a carb job, new plugs, new tank/line, and a new fuel filter put in. IThe length of time it runs varies. Seems like if I open it up (with fuel) it dies faster. Any Ideas? Thanks!
