I was grinding off old paint off my boat today for about 1 1/2 hours and stupidly didn't use any ear protection. After I finished I could hardly hear a thing and the ringing in my ears is really loud. That was about 5 - 6 hours ago, my hearing is returning slowly but the ringing is still there. Hopefully I didn't do permanent damage. My hearing isn't 100% to start with. So take that as a helpful warning and PROTECT YOUR HEARING!
