That looks a whole lot more right. But I've got to say, I can't place that water/exhaust outlet. Perhaps it's just an earlier one.

That's a 25 HP gearcase. I don't like the way that skeg is broke. That suggest's it was backed down a boat ramp with the engine down, or into a steep driveway. A gearcase pushed backwards with a car is bad news.
