Just wondering if a '93 Mirrocraft 1902 fiberglass boat is any good? I haven't been able to find any info on them online, and have really only ever seen the company's aluminum boats before. If they are a decent boat, does anyone have any experience with them and could you please tell me what to look out for? Thanks very much!

Yeah, I have seen a lot of Mirrocraft aluminum boats, but even their website makes no mention of ever having made a fiberglass hull. The boat I'm looking at is a '93 model 1902, and is a walk-through windshield walleye-style boat with an outboard. Looks pretty nice in the photos, but it makes me nervous that I can't find any info about them!

There is no such thing as a bad boat. Some are just better than others. If the price is right, it passes a thorough inspection (like no holes or lamination separation), it floats, and the engine performs like it should, go for it if you like it. I too have owned a MirroCraft aluminum boat. Not exactly top of the boat food chain but sound reliable boats.
