i have them down in the #6 size BUT there is nothing easy about them <br /><br />Its usally easery at that point to just drill and tap Unless your really luckey<br /><br /><br />tommays
I have NEVER had a successful extraction with an EZ-Out in an outboard. Don't know of many people who have. More often than not you end up with a broken EZ-Out which is hardened and MUCH harder to drill out than the steel of the bolt in question. Drill it out, retap it and be on your way...<br />- Scott
Try sharpening a drill backwards. I know it sounds dumb, but we do it in our shop all of the time. If the screw isn't in there too bad, it may come out.
