i have them down in the #6 size BUT there is nothing easy about them :) <br /><br />Its usally easery at that point to just drill and tap Unless your really luckey<br /><br /><br />tommays

I think it's an 1/8", but not sure. That's the smallest I've ever used...

I have NEVER had a successful extraction with an EZ-Out in an outboard. Don't know of many people who have. More often than not you end up with a broken EZ-Out which is hardened and MUCH harder to drill out than the steel of the bolt in question. Drill it out, retap it and be on your way...<br />- Scott

Thanx guys, I need 2mm easy out, but I geuss that is just impossible, I will have to make some other plan ...

Try sharpening a drill backwards. I know it sounds dumb, but we do it in our shop all of the time. If the screw isn't in there too bad, it may come out.

hey thanx, that might just work, the screw isn't in very tight but broke of flush, so I'll try it ...
