ECM diagnostic...throttle body issue

I'm getting no repsonse from the atomizers at the throttle body. To the red wire I get 12v with key on, but no pulse ground to either side (blue or green). I toned out the pin on J2 of the ECM for the pulse ground and with J2 disconnected, manually connected that pin to ground and the atomizer sprayed. I then checked the power in side of the ECM to see if it was getting it's 12V with the key on and it does....looks to me like this ECM is toast. Any thoughts? I only see three engine fuses, all of which I have test and replaced. Is there any other way to diag this ECM. Thanks

A little more info...I have a scan marine so I hooked it up to the DLC and no codes are present...but I am able to connect with the ECM. Has to be a power in or out issue witht the ECM.

Can a automotive ECM be used? If for nothing else as a testing tool.

Holy hell I figured it out...Thank God I didn't buy a new ECM. I had the TPS connector and the distr connector switched. Engineers that put matching connectors inches away ought to be kicked in the nuts. I'd say the same about myself for making the mistake in the first place, except my nuts have been in a vice for the last two days trying to figure it out. Weird that the TPS tested normal through the DLC even though it was the wrong connector. Regardless...hopefully someone else can use this info.

Glad you were able to find it before it became expensive. And thanks for letting us all know:)
