Yea, you're lucky to have the toothed flywheel on that model/year, pricey$$. Locating a starter/bracket is the hardest part, but they show-up on ebay fairly often. I found one for my motor. Don't hold your breath for a parts motor.
Anyway, I bet you can get all done for $100-200. I plan to keep my motor for a long time, but it's probably not worth it if you plan to sell. Good luck.
