Electric Tilt

I have a 4 cyclinder 100 hp Johnson - 1990 - rebuilt in 1999. I removed the engine off my transom and put on a stand in my garage. However the engine is tilted up a bit. Is there a way to lower the tilt with out battery power? Is there a manual override to release the Hyrdralic pressure?

ther should be a manual release valve on the side of the transom bracket, you ll need a good screw stick to loosen it and down she should go
