No need to crimp grounds, twist the wires together with your pliers so you get it nice and tight.

You don't need a wire nut but if you want you can use one, the correct one is green and has a hole in the top so you can have some more bare wire to attach to your bonding screw.

When useing a conductive box you want to bond to a little green screw on the box. (attach ground)

You know in new houses both feed for the disposal and washer are just romex that comes out the wall/ cabinet and then gets connected directly to the devices with the disposal line getting a sleave to protect it from physical damage.

BTW NEC = National Electrical Code, I know the OP is in Not in the US, but standards are from the NEC are reasonable to apply anywhere.
