The electronic oil pump leaks from the solenoid cap in way of the electrical plug after stopping the motor, but not when running. Previously replaced inline oil filter and brass fitting to the motor oil tank. Removed motor from boat to test stand and discovered oil lines from boat tank to motor tank were connected backwards after the low level alarm went off during motor being ran at idles. Swapped lines in proper order, bled air from top of motor tank and ran on test stand several times and motor starts and appears ok, except for oil leak.Any idea or recommendations for troubleshooting the problem?
