It worked for me. I had tried everything you could get at Walmart etc, even used a shampooer. None of that worked. I bought this even though it was pricey and it removed the smell completely. The key is to completely soak the areas where the urine was. And most likely, its a bigger area than you think it is since it probably spread in the carpet padding.

since i only heard of it through the grape vine, i know nothing more than it does work. but how difficult is it to use. you know like renting steam cleaner and all that. cause you know less time for house chores is more time on the water when I'm on my off days. is that just not sorry? but i do have to get this done. it is so gross, especially when my house is so nice. but have this embarrassing urine smell in my carpet.

It worked for me just by pouring it to the area and letting it dry. You can go back when you have the time and do a good carpet cleaning. It has enzymes in it that work to break down the urine so the more time it stays, the better it works.

Key is completely soaking the area, all layers, and then it NEEDS TO COMPLETELY DRY.

May have to pull up the carpet to allow it to dry.

Bought a house back in 1990, had to remove carpet, scrub the hardwood maple floors, then pour gallons of the stuff on the floor in 3 treatments over a 3 week period. The cat urine had actually stained the floors black.
It did work except for 2 areas. Had to seal the floors with oil based paint to finally get rid of the odor.

Yes it does work, with limitations.

Key is saturate- then dry thoroughly.

Well, where do you live???:p Most pet supply places have it, and yes, it works great. Roscoe is right- Dry completely after saturating the area. You can help the process by shop vacuuming the urine out with a wet vac prior to applying the pet odor eliminator to minimize what is there prior to treatment.

Maybe look at a spot- bot too?? http://base1.googlehosted.com/base_...1_12U91A_A_400.jpg&size=19&dhm=3d7bb7e4&hl=en
They work great....

When we were house breaking our dog, all we used was a spray bottle of 50/50 vinegar and water. Never had any urine smell in the carpet or hard floors.

We tried everything imaginable and then got the Natures Miracle for our female cat. It was expensive and did absolutly nothing but followed the directions to a T. Sadly we put her down yesterday after months of consternation and arguing.

Thanks I appreciate it. It is suprising how close you get to an animal over 10+ years. I feel a little silly for being as sad as I am. She was just destroying our house and I could only look the other way so long while my wife literally spent hours a day trying to clean urine. Sorry for the hijack.
