Eliminating Power Tilt/Trim

Is this a difficult job on a 1988 60hp? What parts do I need to replace the trim unit with, if any?

You would need a complete tilt lock mechanism and tilt assist cylinder. Many parts (I stopped counting when I got well into the 40s). Diffficult to assemble (they are quite a puzzle).
