Email Alerts Not Working For Subscribed Threads

I keep abandoning threads because I never get an alert that there was a reply. I am subscribed to them, and most of them are my own posts. I'm the email administrator at my company, so I know they aren't getting blocked by my spam filter. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

(now if I can just remember to come back and check this for replies)

Yeah, I followed that thread and all was set already. Oh well, it'll just be a memory exercise for me LOL
