EMERGENCY recipie for lamb shoulder blade chop??

Just got them on sale, whats a good recipie for broiling, baking or bbq for tonight?

Havent had in years, sounded good

Check the food network for a recipe. BBQ sounds good to me. Don't over cook it. Enjoy

Assuming you mean a lamb shoulder (large piece of meat that will need to be carved after you cook)

Mix salt pepper and chopped up rosemary (dry or fresh whatever you want) rub it on. If you want to cut slits in the meat and insert garlic. Don't forget the mint jelly.

too funny I made up my own marinade, was a chop not shoulder, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, Pappys, pinch of rosemary, garlic powder, a shot of lemon juice, broild 6 mins each side, yum!!!! So tender!!!

You can also marinade in a decent scotch for 30 min before searing in olive oil
