...about the same as tape back-ups, huh? I have a fortune in tapes for those things, grrrrrrrrrrrr!

We just got a new Dell PowerValt T124 auotloader that holds 15 200GB tapes plus a cleaning tape. It backs up 165 GB in less than 5 hours.

In the big iron arena, tapes are by no means outdated.
