1988 70hp Evinrude, After 4000 rpms bogs down, put back to 1/2 throttle runs great. Did Compression test got a 120,110,120 reading, Cleaned fuel filter. What is my next step. Someone told me to try Sea Foam for boats. The old owner told me to use high test gas. He owned the boat since new. What do you think?

I don't how old your fuel line and bulb is.
Usally the first thing to go is the o-rings in hose ends. They can be replaced but it a whole lot easier just to the replace the whole connector.

Are you using hose clamps on the assembly or tie wraps? I don't trust the tie wraps.

Re: engine bogging

Specks Of Red, I want to thank you. I got a new bulb and fittings but as I went to put the new one on I removed the panel on the floor of the boat where my tank is and guess what the fitting that goes into the tank was so loose I could spin it with my finger. I tightened it up and tried my boat out all afternoon. Runs GREAT. Idols better also. So you where right and it was an air leak. I had talked to a local boat mech. before I tried Iboats and he wanted to rebuild all my carbs and said would more than likely have to replace the VRO pump. You saved me a bundle. THANK YOU>>>>
