Engine compartment ventilation hose routing

I recently purchased a 1978 Cruisers Yachts Gran Bateau. In the engine compartment, there is a bilge blower which I replaced and the black 4 inch flexible hose attached to this runs down into the bilge area. On the top left and right at the rear on top there is a plastic louvered vent. On the inside of the boat immediately below these vents, there is an adapter with 2 4 inch black flexible hoses coming out of each adapter. My question is, where do the ends of these 2 hoses on each side go?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The louvered vents are inverted, one scoops fresh air into the compartment, the other expels air from the compartment. The blower is used before startup and after refueling to prevent combustion from lingering vapors...sorry, cant exactly tell u which of your hoses go where but with that theory it may help u figure it out.

In general, at least the blower hose, as well as the hose from the vent that has the louvers pointing to the rear (probably the starboard side) need to end in/near the bottom of the bilge - so they can collect vapours from the lowest point. The "intake" hose needs to go somewhere else (sorry - don't know where exactly in that boat) to supply fresh air. You don't want it too close to the exhaust hoses, as you are trying to create airflow through the whole engine compartment.

when i did mine i put the intake to blower "blower hose" right under the oil pan exaust from blower goes to rear facing vent.and the fresh air i put at back near engine compartment at top so at least the carb could benefit from fresh air as well
