For mind: your looking for and kind of fluid to come from the cylinders. check the drive oil too. might be a rusted up drive.IF it still wont turn over try removing the starter and try moving the teeth on the flywheel with a long screwdriver.

Geeezz, must be Alzheimer's or plane old CRS or even a different post........ A new crystal ball wouldn't help, I probably wouldn't be able to remember where I put it!
