u can use three twenty foot lengths of scaffold tubing.. drill a big looose hole thru the tops bung a long bolt or threaded bar thru them to hold them together put one leg behind the boat and the other two each side hook the block and tackle to the bolt and up u go.. <br /><br />all depends what u have at your disposal.. in my case it was scaffold tubing.. thow i must admit it wasnt for a boat.. same principle applies thow..<br /><br />trog100

To pull the engines and trans out of my boat,I had put a 4"x6"x16',2' in the ground,spreeded 20' apart,after that,installed 2"x6" on a 45drg angle.In between the up rights,I bolted a I-beam.From the I install a trolly,am able to roll the engines out to the side of the boat and lower them in to my truck.Worked great.my boat is on blocks,that was the cheap way for me.
