Just trying to figure out what a part is called.
Its around the I/O engine, its used to block water from coming into the engine house when the engine cover is down.
Thanks in advance.

If you are referring to the complete cover over the engine, We always called them a "dog house"

Please see the pic below.
The blue line is what i'm referring to.
It is a guttered to let water not touch the engine.

I had to cut my inner transom to install my engine so, i need to buy new ones, just dont know what they are called or if i am able to purchase these at all.

Time to start grinding and repairing fiberglass. Your doghouse is part of the cap

I honestly don't think you can buy them pre-made, they are layed up as part of the structure in a mold when it's manufactured. You can grind back the area, and glass them back in, then gelcoat, buff ect...... Did you keep the pieces you cut out? Did you remove the manifolds when pulling the motor? I think it would come out with the right pieces removed from the engine.
