i think its a fuel delivery problem

what do you think it is? it was running fine then hit a big wave and bump and now this keeps happening. throttle is in idle the whole time in the video.

What have you checked so far? How does it run at higher throttle settings?

I would be looking at distributor, throttle linkages, carb, spark arrestor and intake manifold. You never know if these things are coincidental or cause & effect.

i know the throttle linkages are fine, it still does it without the flame arrestor. how would i check the distributer? i checked power to the coil, and changed all the fuel filters. the intake manifold looks fine too. could it be the fuel pump? i feel like after we hit that huge wave that it messed up the diaphragm. It does the same exact thing at higher throttle settings too.

Start by changing your fuel filters in the carb and pump.
