engine losseng fuel prime

I have a 78 Mercury 70hp. Starts up and after it gets going it looses prime. replaced fuel pump, fuel lines, cleaned carb & check valves and still doing it. Can anyone help?

Yes The vent is open. Any other ideas?

all new quick disconnects? That's all I can think of.

Check the female part of the diconnect, at the engine. There is supposed to be an o'ring in there. Not uncommon for it to be missing.
