You still need to pull the plugs and see if you have water in one or more cylinders. Water in only one of them can keep your engine from turning over by hydrostatically locking it up. Remeber water does not compress. You probably have bigger problems but you could get lucky.

I would do as has been suggested. Pull the plugs and then try turning it over. It may be hydrolocked. If it turns over then I would see if it starts and what it sounds like. If it is seized, time for a rebuild. You can always get an automotive engine from the junkyard and marinize it.

thanks all.. pulled the plugs and no water..
tried to hand crank the engine and wont budge.. its seized...

got towed from my slip to the ramp and towed her home.. going to pull it and investigate.

depending on the damage (crank and block scored) it may be cheaper to put in a refreshed junkyard motor, Then to fix what you have.
