Engine missess

Recently rebuilt carbs,replaced plugs, Engine idles good, runs great wide open,But seems to have a miss at part throttle. Compression test= three cylinders at 100psi one cylinder at 90. Any ideas?

Was wondering if my problem could be a power pack or problem in the power heads? Any input would help! Thanks!

Use a timing light and check each plug to see if you are dropping a plug at part throttle.

Ok, I checked plugs with a timing light and I seem to have good spark. Also checked carb timing sync and seems to be good. Was told by a mechanic I may never get the miss out. What you think?
