Yes in a perfect world but unfortunately the 25 hp is gone and the 100 hp is only partially thereThe cowl will provide no insight. There should be a plate on the transom bracket that will tell it all.
It’s not completely missingA missing plate could indicate a stolen motor. Google OMCs database and look up your serial numbers. At the very least It would probably identify the year of manufacture.
Also the input shaft has a metal woodruff key for the water pump instead of the normal plastic keeperIt’s not completely missing
I could not agree more.. The only thing that throws me for a loop is A. I cant find any model #'s that start at E1009 and none of them in 88--94 have a woodruff Key.A 1988 to 94 model.
