PT wood is usually wet and can take weeks to dry out. I would recommend using 2x4 or 2x6 doug fir and laminate it with Titebond III wood glue and the glass it in. The Bondo Resin is not the best stuff to use. Not saying you can't but just saying I would'nt. Where are you located? You might have a distributor fairly close so your cost's would be lower to order the good resin.
