ok i have a 17 ft critchfield with a 70 hp johnson motor. I posted a while back about should my prob be as low as it was in the water an dhadley (i think is his name) said it looked to be low. I know before my ownership of the boat it was painted crimson orange . So maybe the motor wasnt set right afterward. i raised it up yesterday to what i think is right ill post pics and would like your guys feed back

That looks like a good starting point, but you need to test it on the water. Post back with your WOT RPM reading, speed (preferably from GPS), and prop pitch.

i dont have a rpm gauge still working on getting one boat didnt come with one and money is tight
