Have a 2006 Merc 4stroke115 fires up idles good 40 psi at rail bogs out when throttles up will not rpm up thinking ecu doesnt loose pressure when it bogs out??

Compression check first. If good then look for any signs that it’s drawing air or restrictions in fuel line and supply under hood.

Also added external fuel tank to eliminate tank fuel supply issues
