Engine Rotation

I have a 1987 Mercruiser 3.7L four cylinder engine. It is a single engine in the boat. Looking at the front of the engine (the water pump side) is the correct rotation of the damper pulley clockwise or counterclockwise? Thanks

If you are standing at the front of the engine the crank turns clockwise.
