Engine RPM - 8HP /4

I just purchased an 8 hp 4 stroke. I'm still in the break in period (less than 5 hours) It is a pull start, tiller model.

Is there a tach that I can install on it to make sure my idle and WOT rpms are where they should be?

Maybe something that works on inductance instead of being hard wired?
