Engine speeds up idling only resets with key on / off

2011 175 Optimax.Anyone have this happen, pull back on throttle but engine idle speeds up making it dangerous for skiing or pulling into dock...random times

optimax idle speeds up when pulling back on throttle, occurs Randomly

decelerating towards Neutral engine idle speed increases only reset able by turning key on / off.?
Makes it difficult to dock or pulling skiers...

Combined your two threads. Re-wording doesn't change the problem.
