Engine stumble when adjusting trim

Thanks AD. Is that the wire that looks like a lamp cord and connects behind the carb? You're saying unplug those wires and plug them together?

Both senders look like lamp cord. One is the gauge and other is the limit switch. The limit wires normally are connected on the trim pump. Wire colors are

Gauge
Black
Brown/White

Limit
Purple/White
Blue/White

Awesome. I hear those are a pain in the #$% to change. Need to do drive bellows this winter. Maybe do it then. Thanks again.

My neighbor at the lake said " hey I have a brand new battery. Give it a try". figured can't hurt. So I put the new battery in and no more stumble. Trim works good. Hopefully that was the issue.
