engine swap,,, posible?

I have a volvo 250a/sp

how big/tuff of a job would it be to switch that about with a used merc 140 with the help of a car mechanic friend?
well keeping my 280 leg?

after you buy a couple thousand dollars worth of bellhousings, couplers, mounts etc... it's plug and play
