Engine Turns Over No Start - 1993 7.4L/Bravo 1

My engine has been running great but after doing some low rpm trolling for white bass and then shutting the engine off, you could turn over and no fire. I could spray starting fluid into the carb. but still no fire. The sensor, distributor, plugs and coil are either new or relatively new. I know I need to run the electrical test so Don would you please embed that engine firing test for a Thunderbolt IV again and I will run the tests.
