Hi all. I have a 1979 153, 4 cyl 120hp omc engine<br />which i can not get to turn over. now i know absolutely nothing about boats and i got this one as a project. i have gone though the wiring and it is correct. when i turn the ignition the engine wants to turn over but appears to be stuck. i have talked to a couple people and they said that it might be in gear, but i have checked that. any ideas. also does anyone have any suggestions on a good repair manual. thanks
