Eska 14209 C

I am looking for info on an Eska 14209 C, 7.5 HP.
I purchased running fairly decently. It does have some issues, shift lever busted off, bad gas, cover doesn't fit correctly.
I have a feeling the exhaust tube is shot as exhaust noise is coming out of the 2 holes in the shaft.
Also when disconnecting the gas hose, gas flows from the engine connector - I believe I need to replace the nipple/fitting in the powerhead.
I want to disassemble and replace the impeller.
Does anyone have a link to a manual?
