I Have A 9.9 Ted Williams outboard motor that was in storage for 10 years. It seems in good condition, but i have no information on it. It's model number is 217 5821-1, after a bit of reasearch i didnt find much relating to this particular motor. could anybody answer questions like,like oil ratio where to get parts, And if it's even worth to get running again?

I think you missed a number.I believe that is 58621. 76 there is little hands on info on these. Fuel mix is 50:1 use TCW3 rated oil.Check the condition of the motor,compression,gearcase,spark,Champion J13Y plug.It has solid state ignition.
See if you can test run it without spending too much.You will no doubt have to go through the fuel system. I would try to do it without spending too much till it actually runs.Certified parts corp may have parts but I have a feeling you may have to dig deep.
