ESKA (Ted Williams) 5hp Float Setting

Does anyone know the procedure for setting the float on one of these? It's an air-cooled Tecumski.<br /><br />Rebuilt the carb already, installed new ignition parts, motor runs real rough and won't rev too high. Compression seems good (to me) and reed valves look good.<br /><br />Any sugestions are appreciated.<br />mike

I have a couple of generic manuals they cover eska and techumski. they say that a #4 drill bit should fit between the float and carb.
