Etec older model vs new

I have an opportunity to purchase a 2007 150 Etec. What are the differences between 2007 and 2012.Have there been problems of note with the older models? Or are they essentially the same as the new ones?

The 2007 is a good motor, but 5 model years is a long time as the 2012 has changes in the ignition system and the injector design. Get a new one if you can, but if the price is right and its been checked over and approved by a trained E-TEC technician, then go for it.
