can anyone put a year to the 'rude on my early 70's gt150. Model 100193A Serial number 1630

Thanks. That was a great link. Looks like the original that came with the boat. I had that down as a 71 but was not sure. Do you know if the engine is any good. Any inherent problems?

I have 61 and a 70 both 75 hp with good mantiance and tlc those engines have gave me good service<br />The ones with electric shift were problmatic but my manuel shift has been good by the way your mix will be 50:1

Mine has electric shift. I did not know it existed until I couldnt find reverse! The boat and engine are in need of much tlc but it would be nice to keep the original. The remote is in a bad way. Are spares available readily? Do you know if I can get a 71 brochure as shown on your previous link?
