Thanks JB,<br />I read your trouble shooting post onwhy an engine won't start. My question is, Is the coil (bedix) for the starter tied into the lanyard key and starter/nutral switch? When I try to start it the starter whines but does not engage into the flywheel. Should I concentrate my efforts towards a possible bad starter or go the route of keyswtich/ lanyard interlock? I just got the boat last week and it happened a few times but then finally kicked in and started, but now it wont engage at all.<br /><br />Thanks<br />arrow
