I have been offered an Evinrude 115HP, the year I do not know yet, the engine is on a boat and the owner mentioned there is no reverse, due to a bad reverse solonoid, he reckons this item could be changed with engine on boat or on beach!when I returned to have better look he now has dropped the engine price to less than half as there is now no forward gear either and it will not start,would this involve a lot of work and money? is it just not worth the candle? thanks guys, J.B.D.
