Evinrude 140 1979 Float adjustment

does anyone have a scan of Omc Gauge-carb Float 324891 or otherwise have a mehtod of properly adjusting new floats?

Turn the carb upside down with needle, seat and float installed and adjust it until it is pararell with the carb body.
