Evinrude 150 Motor swap

I have a 1987 Evinrude 150 XP Crossflow and I am curious as to whether a 150 Looper powerhead will bolt on to the Crossflow lower unit. Alternatively, will a 150 Looper motor/drive assembly fit the wiring and controls for the Crossflow? How about later model fuel injected Evinrudes?

I would be surprized if the 60* looper would fit the midsection of the crossflow. The wiring changed in about '95 or so, so if the looper is older than that, it may fit the wiring. The control cables will probably fit.
