OMC used CDI power pack.i think sierra is also the same brand but lower price.
i bought used powerpack and its workiing.this powerpack is taken from 8hp model.
i read that 8hp powerpack has't any rpm limiter inside.
i think if someone is upgrading 9.9 to 15hp should think over if 9.9 powerpack has built inside rpm limiter.
